Red clay  covered with slips, underglaze and clear glaze brings a nostalgic feeling. The jar  is made on the wheel. I use the clay surface as my canvas to paint, press with stamps, carve lines and slip trails. The result is a mix of control impressions of biomorphic and loose brush strokes creating order within the chaos. It is fired to cone 04 and is food safe
